Having been “brought up” in the professional world of marketing, advertising, and project management, I was able to cultivate many skills that are a huge asset in real estate transactions. All of my previous experience can be summed up with one title: Problem Solver. Using all of the skills that I have developed in previous careers helps me to perform at a unique level. I am skilled at listening to the situation presented, separating out the pertinent information, and tackling the project at hand with the whole process in mind. This ensures that steps don’t get skipped, road blocks are predicted before we reach them, and the process is overall as smooth as possible. In addition to these tangible skills, it is important to explain the reason I switched from corporate marketing to real estate. When it comes down to it, I like helping people. I like using my problem solving, tenacity, research, and negotiating skills for the individual, rather than the corporation. I am the type of person who, once I meet you, you are my friend.
